Roy Schindele is an award-winning hospitality and brand adviser with over 35 years in the hospitality industry at hotels, country clubs, golf courses and restaurants Walt Disney World, Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge (could have this link to the Arnold Palmer projects tab), and most recently the Mission Inn Resort & Club (have this link to Mission Inn projects).

One of Roy’s standout accomplishments is his 14+ years of work with Arnold Palmer as a Director at Bay Hill Club & Lodge. Working directly for Arnold Palmer, Roy was responsible for promoting, selling, and managing members, group and FIT business, as well as assisting with PGA and LPGA events and tournaments. As a result, Roy helped set and break sales records, and contributed to the growth and success of the Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge.

In addition, Roy was involved with getting the 1994 FIFA World Cup to Orlando and became one of only 16 authorized FIFA World Cup Tour Operators in the World. Provided thousands of FIT packages to games nationwide and took care of groups like Irelands National team and 1,200 fans. In 1999, Roy was designated by FIFA as the liaison for the North Korean Women’s National Soccer Team and coordinated press and ground logistics.
